Karaoke Sing A Long Shows
Karaoke has been around since the late 1970’s. Its origin is Japanese, and it is
pronounced KARR-EE-OH-KEY. Karaoke (n.) means “Empty Orchestra” or in the
English translation – songs without lead vocals. The lyrics to the songs are
displayed on a TV monitor. Songs (aka tracks) are pre-recorded on various
mediums such as, “8-tracks”, “cassettes” “CD+G’s” “Computer Programs” or
“I-Pods” This allows everyone at the party to sing along with the background
music (Tracks).
“Time For Fun Karaoke”, has over 8,000 (and still growing) Karaoke tracks
available for each karaoke function. We are professional entertainers who host a
“FUN” filled occasion. We use props and costumes and also help and encourage
first time singers.
We provide top-notch quality backgrounds to enhance any singer from the novice
to the professional. Even the “Shower Singer” can come out of the shower and
perform in front of family and/or friends.
We offer other types of entertainment during the Karaoke show, so that even
guests who do not wish to sing will be involved in activities such as Trivia
Games, Dance Breaks, and Name that Show.
We can also offer themed events such as “40’s”, “50’s”, “60’s”, and “70’s” Eras,
“Toga” and “Broadway”.
